As part of their marketing effort for the NBA Western Conference Finals, Marvel Studios has released a new teaser trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
 
Bennett Grimm and H.E.R.B.I.E. are busy making dinner at the top of the Baxter Building when Reed Richards, Sue Storm, and johnny Storm arrive.  Johnny is keen to get the game started and thinks that "flaming on" will allow him to get ahead of his teammates.  Although it hasn't been verified, there are rumors that a new trailer might be unveiled during tonight's game.

The cast of First Steps includes Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us, Freaky Tales) as Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic; Julia Garner (Wolf Man, Ozark) as the silver Surfer; Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things, A Quiet Place Day One) as johnny Storm, also known as the Human Torch; Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher, The Bear) as Ben Grimm, also known as the Thing; and Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning) as Sue Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman. 

We know that Marvel's First Family will make an appearance in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, so we wouldn't be shocked if they wind up making an appearance in the normal MCU chronology by the film's conclusion, even if Kevin Feige has confirmed that the film will take place in an alternate universe.
