Alexandra Daddario has become one of the most well-known up-and-coming artists in the previous ten or so years. She has kept herself occupied with a variety of projects over the past ten and a half years, ranging from major motion picture blockbusters starring well-known actors to leading independent dramas and genre films.

There is more than enough space for everyone who wants to celebrate a celebrity who seems to be warming up, regardless of whether you are one of the new wave of fans who binge-watched The White lotus or have been an admirer for years.

5. 'Texas Chainsaw 3D' (2013)

Being a part of a long-running and notorious horror franchise, texas Chainsaw 3D was criticized in every manner and most definitely did not live up to its predecessors.  However, other people still considered the movie to be somewhat entertaining, making it one of those "dumb fun" movies you may watch to distract yourself.  As Heather, played by Daddario, she travels by car with her pals (and a mandatory hitchhiker) to view the house she unexpectedly acquired.  You will recognize the person who was patiently waiting with his buzzing chainsaw while surreptitiously lurking in the home if you have ever seen one of these films.

4. 'Lost Girls & love Hotels' (2020)

Lost Girls & love Hotels is a 2020 erotic drama that isn't quite as intelligent or exotic as it believes it is, and it is a bit too focused on trying to sound existential and look sensuous than it is to be much of either.  Nonetheless, it serves as an illustration of something that a number of other films that are slightly higher on this list also highlight: Daddario is prepared for greater things.

3. 'Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief' (2010)

The quality of the first Percy Jackson film is in a similar category: Better than many, but not as good as the best. It was more successful than many YA blockbusters but not quite as popular as Harry Potter or Twilight.  When it starts, this family-friendly Greek mythology adventure moves quickly and finds the fun with some adventure and even a bit of camp (see Uma Thurman’s Medusa). However, the first of the two films that adapt Rick Riordan’s series moves at such a fast pace that it sacrifices plenty of character development.

2. 'San Andreas' (2015)
Daddario plays a young woman who is shaken by the destruction she finds herself in, but maintains a cool, collected head as she guides herself and her friends to safety as best she can, even if this is undoubtedly a show that belongs to the monstrous protagonist. I think this would be an excellent one to check out if you enjoy Daddario or massive destruction, like in The Day After Tomorrow.

1. 'Lost Transmissions' (2019)
As a Katy Perry-like pop star named Dana Lee, a diva who serves as a possible entry point into the upper echelons of the music industry that Temple's character must compete with, Daddario gets to show off a little more range than she has in the past, even though her role isn't as significant as those two. She also tries to get Pegg's character the assistance he needs.  Daddario's portrayal plays into and subverts the roles she has previously played by utilizing her attractiveness and likeable charm while also allowing her to be a little harsh.  Daddario's readiness for some of those meatier roles is further demonstrated by this flawed picture, which features three outstanding performances.
