Two different complaints have been made against the individual who submitted the FIR against a young law student who was arrested by West bengal police for allegedly engaging in hate speech, for which she had already issued an apology. It was discovered that Wazahat Khan Qadri Rashidi, who filed the formal complaint against Sharmishta Panoli for allegedly insulting islam, had previously mistreated Hindu deities.

Notably, Wazahat Khan Qadri Rashidi, who co-founded the Rashidi Foundation of kolkata, had complained to the kolkata police about Sharmishta.  He had repeatedly demanded her arrest, informed her of his complaint, and then celebrated her eventual arrest on his instagram account.

Meanwhile, social media users who were incensed at the man's supposed insult to Prophet Mohammed and islam discovered that he was a regular abuser of hinduism and Hindu gods and goddesses.  A number of his social media tweets that denigrated several Hindu deities have surfaced; he later removed many of them.

Advocate Vineet Jindal formally complained to the delhi police and the delhi police Cyber Crime Unit over Wazahat Khan's abusive posts. Following sections 66, 67, and 69 of the IT Act and sections 194, 195, and 356 of the BNS, he attempted to register a formal complaint against Khan.

"I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a series of extremely offensive, hateful, and defamatory posts circulating on social media by an individual named Wazahat Khan Qadri Rashidi," he wrote in the online complaint. The posts and profiles of this individual are publicly accessible on social media sites such as twitter (now X).  The person has frequently posted hateful content that attacks the Hindu community, its customs, beliefs, and holy characters, such as Lord Krishna.  filthy and sexually suggestive language that makes fun of gods and holy texts. agitation of the community to upset social harmony.

Images that have been altered and graphically misrepresented in an effort to mock and incite religious feelings.  Racist culture, urine drinkers, and disparaging comments about Hindu holidays, gods, and temples (such as Kamakhya Devi Temple) are among the offensive phrases used in the video.  Please file a formal complaint against the aforementioned individual since these posts seem to be an obvious and intentional attempt to incite animosity amongst religious groups, which is illegal under 194,195,356 BNS and 66,67,69 of the IT Act. If more information is needed, I'm willing to supply it or assist with the investigation.

The second complaint against the kolkata resident was submitted by advocate Amita Sachdeva to the Saket police Cyber Crime Cell in Delhi.
