Tamil Nadu chief minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin on monday said that even leaders and members of the bharatiya janata party (BJP) have acknowledged that no one can match the working style and commitment of DMK cadres. He made this remark while addressing a public meeting, highlighting the organisational strength and grassroots presence of the DMK.
Speaking during the event, stalin stated that the DMK’s continuous engagement with the people, its service-oriented politics, and its ideological commitment have earned recognition even from political opponents. “It is not just our supporters who say this. Even bjp members admit that no one can work like a DMK cadre,” he said, drawing applause from party workers.
The chief minister emphasized that DMK members are deeply connected with the everyday lives of people and remain active beyond election periods. He noted that the party’s strength lies in its ability to respond immediately during crises, whether it is natural disasters, public health emergencies, or social issues.
Stalin also highlighted the achievements of the DMK-led government, stating that effective implementation of welfare schemes and development projects has been possible due to the dedicated efforts of party workers at the grassroots level. He urged cadres to continue working with discipline, humility, and a people-first approach.
Criticizing the BJP’s political approach, stalin said the DMK believes in inclusive development, social justice, and safeguarding federal principles. He reiterated that the party would continue to oppose policies that undermine the rights of states or marginalised communities.
Concluding his address, stalin expressed confidence that the DMK’s tradition of hard work and service would continue to strengthen the party’s bond with the people, leading to sustained public support in the future.
