The Afghan government has notified india that the Pakistani terror organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba is relocating its headquarters within the nation. The move comes as the Taliban expands their territory in the country, and there is concern that ungoverned areas might be used by international terror groups.

India has raised this problem in private talks with several regional capitals, particularly the usage of these locations by Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. "The pattern we've seen over the last year is that pakistan has been attempting to move all of these foreign terror groups out of the north and south Waziristan and into afghanistan," authorities added.

Earlier this month, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani publicly chastised pakistan, claiming that "more than 10,000 terrorist militants infiltrated the country from pakistan in the previous month." At the uzbekistan connectivity conference, he made the remarks in the presence of pakistan Prime minister Imran Khan, expressing his dissatisfaction with Islamabad.

Many of the Taliban militants killed in afghanistan in recent weeks had Pakistani identification cards, and many of the injured Taliban are receiving treatment in Pakistani hospitals. Madrasas in khyber pakhtunkhwa and balochistan have issued calls to join "Jihad" in Afghanistan. Iran, Tajikistan, uzbekistan, and china have all expressed worry about ungoverned areas in afghanistan that may be used by foreign terrorist organisations.
