Sooryanarayana (Sathyaraj), an idealistic judge, resigns from his position because he can no longer live with himself after failing a girl with his decision. Years later, his son Lucky (Gopichand) decides to practise law as well and quickly rises to the top of the field. Lucky, in contrast to his father, turns out to be a "commercial" who will do anything for a sizable payment. A lecherous businessman named Vivek (Rao Ramesh) engages Lucky to defend him in court. Lucky and vivek finally become friends.

After "Jil," Gopichand has never seemed this fashionable. The standout aspect of his acting is his sense of style. He is equally adept at humour and action. As an actress in tv series, Raashii Khanna falls short in terms of funny moments. The romance between Gopichand and Raashii, however, seems contrived. sathyaraj does his part skillfully. As a passionate businessman, rao ramesh is alright. The customary comedy is all that Praveen, Saptagiri, Viva Harsha, and ajay Ghosh do. siya Gautam is attractive.

Although the film's production values are great, there are lots of continuity problems because it took over three years to make. The music is cool. The dialogue is terrible. The entire film looks terrible, with the exception of the final ten minutes, and this is one of Tollywood's failures.
