In his debut online series Rana Naidu, hero venkatesh, who is renowned for his versatility, will play the part of a naga Naidu. While both of them assume the roles of distressed father and son, he spars with his nephew Rana Daggubati. venkatesh claims that so far, his adventure has been exciting while speaking with the media. It took me some time to get used to the speed and style of storytelling because working on a series is extremely different from working on a movie, he explains.

Venkatesh has always been drawn to playing characters with depth, and in Rana Naidu, he will play a character who has dark undertones. Playing a part that is so unlike who you are as a person is difficult, but it's also tremendously fulfilling, he says. Off-screen, Rana, and venkatesh have a brilliant equation. He admits it was challenging to compete against his nephew on television. 

This was undoubtedly a new experience for each of us, but we collaborated and learned from one another to make our characters come to life, he continues. The Netflix original was helmed by Suparn Verma and karan Anshuman. An enormous response to the series' trailer helped to spread the word. The show will debut on Netflix starting on march 10.
