Benny Dayal, a well-known musician, recently got hurt while taking the stage at a live event in Chennai. The "Omanapenne" singer was playing live as part of the Vellore Institute of Technology's culture Fest when he was struck by a drone, according to the most recent information. The renowned playback singer can be seen on stage singing "Urvashi Urvashi," a song by AR Rahman, in the videos that are now trending online.


While performing "Urvashi Urvashi" on stage, benny dayal is seen in the video being approached by a drone. The drone approached the playback vocalist despite his attempt to retreat; it struck the back of his skull. Benny, who was in excruciating pain, knelt down on the stage and placed both of his hands on his head while the crew members sprinted over to help him. According to sources, Benny Dayal's injuries are not significant and he was taken right away to a local hospital. The singer's fingers and the back of his skull have both been hurt.

Afterwards, the renowned playback singer shared an update on his condition in a video posted to his official instagram account. He also expressed his gratitude to Vellore Institute of technology staff for their excellent post-accident treatment, and they confirmed that he is fine and recuperating well. In his video, the well-known singer also pleaded for stringent regulations to guarantee the security of performers at live performances.
