According to media reports, ajay Kumar Singh had filed a case against 'Gadar 2' actress ameesha patel and her business partner Krunal. Now the Civil court of ranchi has expressed its displeasure in this matter, because, despite the summons, neither Amisha patel nor her lawyer appeared in the court to present their case. At the same time, the date of april 15 has been fixed for the next hearing of the case. It has to be seen whether Ameesha reaches the court this time after the warrant is issued or not.

Please inform that ameesha patel is accused of embezzlement of about two and a half crores in this case. ajay Kumar Singh, a resident of Harmu in ranchi district, had filed a case of cheating against Ameesha and her business partner. According to the complainant, Ameesha had invited him to invest money in a film named Desi Magic. After which he transferred Rs 2.5 crore to Ameesha's bank account for the making and promotion of the film.

According to the complainant, the shooting of the film started in 2013 but the film has not been completed till now. That is why ajay has asked for his money back as Ameesha and her business partner had assured him that they would return his money with interest after the completion of the film.

While asking for money, Amisha patel kept postponing the matter for a long time. According to the complainant, the actress had given him two checks of Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 50 lakh in october 2018 after much persuasion, but both these checks bounced. A case has been registered against ameesha patel under sections 420 and 120 of CrPC against the same.
