Supreme court refused to hear

The petition demanded that the disclaimer of 'The kerala Story' states that the film is fictitious and its characters have no relation to any person living or dead.
10 scenes were removed from the film
However, given all these controversies, apart from giving the film an 'A' certificate, 10 scenes including an entire interview of former kerala Chief minister VS Achuthanandan have been removed from the release print.
