Mollywood actor Jayaram’s son Kalidas Jayaram, the star kid is all set to make his Malayalam lead role debut and the hit maker Abrid Shine has roped in Kalidas to play the lead role in his forthcoming project.
As per the latest reports, the movie which is a complete entertainer has been titled as “Poomaram”. Sources have suggested that “Poomaram” is a breezy romantic comedy, which revolves around a college campus.
Poomaram is anticipated to start rolling by this weekend and the team is yet to reveal the female lead, rest of the star cast, and technical crew of the project which will be released for Christmas 2016. Earlier Abrid had approached Nivin Pauly, the lead actor of his first two ventures 1983 and Action Hero Biju for Poomaram, but the actor turned down the offer due to his highly busy schedule.
Kalidas, the son of popular actors Jayaram and Parvathy, has made his posing debut with the Sathyan Anthikad movie “Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal” and he has won the Kerala State Film Award and National Film Award for the Best Child Artist, for his second movie outing “Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum”.
