Kollywood industry actor Sarathkumar is making a comeback as a lead actor after a long gap with 'Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2’. Sources have stated that this film is the thematic sequel to the 2013 critically acclaimed hit film 'Chennayil Oru Naal' in which Sarathkumar played an extended cameo role.
'Chennayil Oru Naal 2' has been directed by JPR and produced by P.K.Ram Mohan of Kalpataru Pictures banner. The film's story has been adopted from a crime novel written by popular Tamil crime novelist Rajesh Kumar. The film stars Suhasini and Nepoleon in important roles.
Currently it has been
officially confirmed that 'Chennayil Oru Naal 2' will be hitting the screens on
September 15, 2017. On the same day Jyothika's 'Magalir Mattum' is also
scheduled to release. Meanwhile it is to be noted that Sarathkumar and Jyothika
have acted together in the 2006 Gautham Menon directed thriller 'Pachaikkili Muthucharam'.
