In a surprising and shocking turn to the actress sexual assault case that began in February, actor Dileep who was the prime accused in the case has now been made the 8th accused. He is no longer the prime accused in the Bhavana rape case.
This has happened after Charlie, one of the main accused had refused to give a statement against Dileep. It was Charlie who had sheltered Pulsar Suni and vijeesh who were involved in the crime, and now since Charlie has spoken contradictory to the statement he had given initially, Dileep's no more the prime accused due to lack of evidence to prove the charges.
Dileep was given bail on October 3 after 80 days of judicial custody, and now the actor will be moving to the high court to seek relaxations in his bail conditions. We have to wait and see what is going to be the next move of Dileep's attorney.
