Racha fame Sampath Nandi was supposed to direct Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh-2. He worked on the project for almost 2 years and was later shown door from it. Pawan Kalyan brought Power fame Bobby in to the project and is pursuing the film with him. On the other side, Sampath Nandi is directing Raviteja in Bengal Tiger.
Today is the Birthday of Sampath Nandi and on this occasion he spilled beans about his fallout with Pawan Kalyan, "I am disappointed that I missed Gabbar Singh-2 but I am not dejected. Things like this happen. I will work with Pawan Kalyan some day for sure. I am ready to go to him whenever he calls me. I am indebted to Raviteja for standing by me in crisis".
Sampath Nandi also said that his life ambition is to direct a film with Chiranjeevi and said he has few stories ready for the Megastar. In fact, Sampath Nandi narrated few stories to Chiranjeevi for his 150th film but none of them managed to impress the Megastar. Anyways, Happy Birthday Sampath Nandi!
