Ponnambalam is one of the famous actors who essay villain roles in tamil cinema and also in several indian languages. He even participated in the second season of bigg boss and garnered a huge fan base for his open-minded speech. We already reported about the actor suffering from Kidney related disorder and undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
 

Rajinikanth, kamal haasan, and several actors helped him financially. The actor has now shared a video message and in that video, he confessed that he had undergone a kidney transplant and he is recovering well. ponnambalam thanked megastar chiranjeevi for giving him Rs.200,000 for the Kidney transplant and he said he will never forget him throughout his life. The selfie video which he shared has gone viral.


In the video, he spoke in tamil and he addressed chiranjeevi as 'Anna'. The video has gone viral all over social media. The actor is still in hospital and is yet to be discharged as per the video sources. Recently, tamil Film producer Council also came forward to help the actor with his medical bills and he thanked TFPC for their timely help. Check out that video below,
