Telugu viewers are anxiously awaiting the premiere of the reality programme #BiggBoss since the teaser for the 5th series of this extremely popular TRP raking show was recently broadcast. With nagarjuna coming to host it and a slew of prominent musicians such as Shanmukh as well as anchor Varshini reported to be involved, the anticipation is understandably high. And now there are rumours that star maa is going to launch the second season of Bigg Boss.

In the hindi market, the creators of #BiggBoss are preparing to introduce a unique OTT version of the show, which will include a new group of competitors and a different presenter. This OTT version will be hosted by karan johar, while the tv version will be hosted by salman Khan. In addition, a telugu OTT version of the show is expected to debut soon. Actually, Hotstar is streaming the telugu tv version of #BiggBoss on online, and bigg boss producers are now negotiating with some other OTT providers to create an OTT version of the reality programme.

Because users will be able to watch via bigg boss camera systems at all times, that version will be shown for 24 hours, whereas the master edited 60 minutes programme will be viewable the next day. If all goes well, the telugu OTT version of bigg boss would premiere on a different site, maybe Hotstar itself, with a fresh cast of competitors and host.
