On Saturday, september 18th, the South indian movie Awards, or SIIMA, were hosted in Hyderabad. Artists, producers, and movies from the south, including Tamil, Telugu, Karnataka, and kerala cinema, were awarded for their achievements in 2019 and 2020. Celebrities were showered with prizes, particularly for films like Suriya's Soorari Pottru and Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapuramloo.


Suriya won The best Actor for Soorari Pottru, but his entire crew took home awards in a variety of categories. sudha Kongara was named Best director, and gv prakash was named Best music Director. Suriya took to social media to post a triumphant speech after his team and he scored big. The actor, who did not SIIMA, expressed gratitude to every one of his fans and crew for their support of the picture and stated that Soorari Pottru is a very significant movie for him.

The great director Vennela kishore is also grateful for his Best comedy award from the bheeshma film. pooja hegde also shares behind-the-scenes videos and images from her team's success with the hit film Ala Vaikunthapuramloo and they bagged ten awards on the whole.
