Tamil Nadu chief minister M. K. stalin strongly condemned attempts to disturb the peace and communal harmony of the state, expressing his anger and concern while addressing a christmas celebration event in tirunelveli (Nellai).

Speaking at the function, the chief minister said that tamil Nadu has long been a land of unity, religious harmony, and social coexistence, where people of different faiths have lived together with mutual respect. He warned that certain forces are deliberately attempting to disrupt this peaceful environment for political gains, and such efforts would not be tolerated.

“Tamil Nadu’s strength lies in its peace and pluralism. Any attempt to destabilize this harmony is an attack on the very values of our society,” chief minister stalin said. He emphasized that the state government remains committed to protecting constitutional values, secularism, and the rights of all communities.

Referring to recent incidents and developments, the chief minister stated that his government is closely monitoring the situation and has instructed officials to take firm and immediate action against anyone attempting to incite unrest or spread hatred. He reiterated that law and order would be strictly enforced and that no individual or organization would be allowed to disturb public peace.

At the christmas celebration, the chief minister also highlighted the contributions of the Christian community to education, healthcare, and social service in tamil Nadu. He noted that festivals such as christmas are occasions that reinforce love, compassion, and unity, and should never be misused to create division.

Chief minister M. K. stalin concluded by calling upon the people of tamil Nadu to remain vigilant and united, asserting that the state will continue to stand as a model of harmony and inclusive governance in the country.
