Samantha has been asked to ask for apology and to not post personal things on social media by the court in response to the defamation suit filed by the actress against the youtube channels.
Samantha is one of the top tier actresses in South indian cinema. Recently, she divorced naga chaitanya ending the 4 year marriage. Though the divorce with naga chaitanya was said to be mutual, the youtube channels kept digging upon it and speculation different things for views. Fed up by it, samantha filed a defamation case on the youtube channels.
The case came to hearing yesterday. According to the reports, the court has quashed her petition and advised to settle with an apology. Further, samantha has been advised not to post personal things on Social Media. Also, the orders have been passed to delete all videos from the mentioned youtube channel.
However, upset by the judgment Samantha's lawyer has made reference to shilpa shetty case where she procured a court restrain from writing about her in raj Kundra porn case. Listening to this, court has reserved judgment in the defamation case but it seems samantha is not going to back down either.
