It appears that the Active Producers Guild listed a number of causes for which they are fighting, and Chamber has looked into it. The Film Chamber is then said to have confirmed that they will be fighting on issues like the cancellation of the Virtual Print Fee by Qube and other service providers, the ability to change the ticket prices for small films, fixing up the wages of daily labour in tollywood, resolving issues with release dates, the terms of OTT release, and releasing small films on a percentage basis rather than exhibitors charging whole theatre price.
The major shock is that the Active Producers Guild has mostly complained that paying heroes, heroines, and character artists high salaries costs them a fortune, and they want to temporarily stop shootings to regulate these things. But it still surprises me why the Film Chamber chose to remain silent on the subject of compensation.
