For many years, telugu action films and mass productions have the same basic plot: a cheery hero, a few love scenes and songs, a heroine hiding her past, a hero discovering it and pledging to save her, an interval bang, an item song, and a protracted battle between the hero and the villain. Such tales were successful a decade ago for a long time. But the overused lines began to annoy the younger audiences.

This led to the demise of the careers of directors like Vinayak, Santosh Srinivas, and others. This story must have been written ten years ago by the editor turned filmmaker MS Rajasekhar Reddy, well known as SR Shekkar. He took advantage of the situation by telling the old tale in the most formulaic way he could. "Macherla Niyojakavargam" checked every box we previously indicated. The movie offers absolutely nothing new. The predicted shallow tale doesn't provide enough material to expand it to the typical runtime of 2 hours plus because there are no significant twists and turns. He is hence reliant on vennela Kishore.

Nearly 30 minutes of vennela Kishore's humour are included in the first part of the movie. Even though the comedy is embarrassing, the comedian still manages to make people laugh occasionally thanks to his skill and expertise. But we must recognise that the filmmaker fully relied on vennela kishore in the first half because there was no "subject" to keep the audience's interest. The so-called intermission bomb that Nithiin will become a collector has no effect because we already knew this in the trailer. There is neither a twist nor a bang.
