Raja Saab Teaser: The teaser of Prabhas' much-awaited film 'Raja Saab' has been released today. Producer TG vishwa Prasad talked about the film and told what is going to be special in the film.
People may have been considering the film 'Raja Saab', which is going to be released in December, starring actor prabhas, who has made a new identity in the world of indian cinema with films like 'Bahubali', 'Salaar' and 'Kalki 2898 AD', as just a horror comic thriller film till now, but on the occasion of its teaser launch in hyderabad on Monday, its producer TG vishwa Prasad gave shocking information about a new imaginary world that is going to be created with this film. This world is going to be created on indian mythological stories and it will start with Prabhas' film 'Raja Saab'.
In a special meeting TG vishwa Prasad said that Prabhas's character in the film raja Saab is that of a Tantra-Mantra expert who has set out to do good for the common people. This is not a superhero-like character but is no less than that either. For this film, vishwa Prasad has erected a huge set in Aziz Nagar, about 40 km from Hyderabad. Its area is 41,256 square feet and according to its size, it is being called Asia's largest indoor film set. Production designer Rajivan Nambiar has built the entire mansion seen in the teaser of the film raja Saab here. This mansion is said to be a very important character in the story of the film.
According to producer TG vishwa Prasad, he intends to connect the story of the film 'Raja Saab' with his films 'Karthikeya' and 'Mirai' in the future, and just as he has taken technicians and artists from films of different languages of the country in the film 'Raja Saab', similarly in its sequel he wants to gather artists and technicians from all over the world. He wants to make films of the liking of the new generation on interesting stories of indian religious texts and different stories of mythological events and under the leadership of his daughter Kriti, who has returned after studying cinema in America, he wants to create a different world of these characters which he has temporarily named 'Dharmavarsa'.
The film's director Maruti says, "Actor prabhas has contributed the most in making this film of mine and producer TG vishwa Prasad has put in full financial contribution by trusting his imagination. My effort is to tell the world that we can make fantasy films that can compete with Disney studios in India too. We have been thinking about the sequel of the film for a long time. One idea that came to mind was to edit the film we have shot in two parts and release it, but our producer said that we have to do all our work honestly and we will make its sequel as a pan-world film."
Production designer Rajivan Nambiar told 'Amar Ujala' in a special meeting on the set of the film that this is his first film designed for Prabhas. Rajeevan, who has worked as an art director and production designer for nearly 100 films so far, says, “This set of the film ‘Raja Saab’ was built with the effort of nearly two and a half months. Three or four such sets have been built at different locations for the film, but this set is the largest indoor film set built for any film not only in india but also in Asia.”
