Akhanda- Only for bloody lovers!!

Movie: Akhanda
Run-time: 167 minutes
Director: boyapati Srinu
Rating: 1.5/5

The hero, balakrishna is shown as a godly vigilante. The Biggest undoing of the movie akhanda is the unimaginative fashion. The story begins in Anantapur where murali Balakrishna (Baalaya) reforms anyone who goes against him. He loves nature, so the antagonist who should be reformed by murali Balakrishna cuts the trees. Our hero is very doting with his family who lives and emotes uncharacteristically. The fights were impossible which are too many and only a couple of songs which are too few for the lengthy 167 minutes drama. The Mining player Varadarajulu (Srikanth) makes many plots in the movie. When things go tough, akhanda (Balakrishna) comes into the scene and eliminates dozens and dozens of men at a time.

The script of the movie is layered well but bloated badly. The story is an over-action drama with two heroes and a great spin to the boot. One of the pros of the movie is Balayya's mass look, antagonist Sreekanth acting, and Thaman's music score at the BGM. His background score looks thoughtful. He upgrades the fights like a great master.
The movie had many cons like the worst shady work by the cameraman. The main undoing and cons of the film will be the director boyapati himself for his run-of-the-mill writing. It has not much of a storyline to it. There are no twisted elements in the film. balayya keeps killing the people against him and the logic is missing badly in the movie. Overall, akhanda is only for bloody lovers who love more fights and mass scenes.
