Jammu: mehbooba Mufti, the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, has accused the Centre of taking an anti-religious posture against aryan Khan in a drug case. The incident involving Shah Rukh Khan's son aryan Khan's use of narcotics aboard a ship has sparked outrage across the country for the past week. aryan Khan, who was detained in connection with the case, is currently incarcerated.

Aryan Khan's bail application was heard and denied today at the mumbai Special Court, and a hearing on his bail was scheduled for the following day. According to aryan Khan's side, the case should be adjourned because the case is now moving in the right way and more documents have still to be filed. The hearing on the bail applications of eight people, including aryan Khan, has been deferred till next Wednesday.

Mehbooba Mufti, the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, has criticized the move against aryan Khan in the narcotics case as the federal government's anti-religious stance. The bjp government has taken action against aryan Khan, rather than taking actions against the son of a bjp mp who loaded a car in Lakhimpur. Nawab Malik, a maharashtra minister, had previously stated that the bjp was meddling in the subject. He had sparked outrage by stating that Shah Rukh Khan will be the next target.

He also provided proof in the form of two videos. Video When the ncp raided the ship transporting aryan Khan, manish Banusali of the bjp posted a video of private detective kiran B Goswami entering the ncp office in mumbai, as well as another video of them exiting the ncp office and getting into their car. mehbooba has aroused the next suspicion inside the bounds of this agitation, adding to the anger.

The Narcotics Prevention Unit had earlier in the day, refused charges that the narcotics case was politically and religiously motivated.
