In coimbatore, 8 special forces have been set up to nab those involved in the murder of an employee of a real estate company by firing a gun and cutting with a sickle. Sathyapandi (31) hails from Pakyanathapuram, Arapalayam, Madurai. He has a wife and children. Sathyapandi and others were arrested in the case of the murder of Hindu leader Biju in Gandhipuram, coimbatore in 2020.

Later, Sathyapandi, who was out on bail, stayed in Vlankurichi and worked in a real estate company. Yesterday evening, Satyapandi was drinking fresh water at the fresh water shop in Karupakkal Garden, Papanayakanpalayam. Then 5 people came there and cut Sathyapandi with a sickle. They also shot three times with a gun. Sathyapandi died on the spot. The racecourse police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it to coimbatore Government Hospital for post-mortem. Deputy Commissioner of police Sandish reached the spot and expedited the investigation. 8 special forces have been formed to nab those involved in this case. Special police are investigating from various angles.

Meanwhile, Sathyapandi's body was conducted post-mortem yesterday. It was confirmed that there were bullet holes in the chest, stomach and back, and there were slash wounds on the neck, arms and legs/ Not only the coimbatore but madurai police also have cases pending against the deceased Sathyapandi including caning.
