Coal India: The largest coal miner in the world, Coal india Ltd., reported a 17.7% decline in net profit for the march quarter to Rs. 5,527.62 crore on sunday due to higher provisions for employee salary revisions. In the three months that concluded on march 31, coal production increased by 7% to 224.16 million tonnes.

Bank of India: Due to an increase in net interest income (NII), public sector lender bank of India's (BoI) net profit increased by more than twofold year over year (YoY) to Rs 1,350 crore for the quarter ending march 2023 (Q4FY23). Subject to shareholder approval, the board of directors declared a dividend of Rs 2.0 per share (Rs 10 apiece) for FY23, the bank informed BSE.

Adani Power: For the march 2022–2023 quarter, the adani Group company's consolidated net profit increased by over 13% to Rs 5,242 crore. However, total revenue decreased to Rs 10,795 crore from Rs 13,307 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. In comparison to a year ago, total expenses increased to Rs 9,897 crore from Rs 7,174 crore.
