"The court ordered avinash Reddy to appear before the cbi whenever necessary and shall attend before the cbi each saturday morning until the end of june from 10 AM to 5 PM and also whenever necessary, on request by the CBI. It additionally instructed the petitioner not to leave india prior to the CBI's approval of his departure, according to Nagi Reddy.

The entire case, according to Justice M. Laxman's bench, is supported by suppositional evidence.
