Regarding this meeting and decision, the country's Defense minister Rajnath Singh has said that this Light Combat Helicopter manufactured by Hal (HAL) is an important step towards a self-reliant India. This will encourage making indigenous weapons in the defense sector of the country.
The price of 15 helicopters has been fixed at Rs 3,387 crore. HAL Hall has manufactured these helicopters. Due to stealth capability, these helicopters will easily dodge the enemy radar and there will be no effect of any firing on it.
