The prime minister did not stop here. He further said, 'This consciousness is visible in the kali worship of Bengal. This same consciousness is visible in the faith of bengal and the whole of india and when the faith is so pure, the power guides us.
Then PM Modi mentioned Swami Vivekananda. He said, 'It is this consciousness and a beam of power that was illuminated by Swami ramakrishna Paramahansa in the form of yuga men like Swami Vivekananda. Swami Vivekananda Maa's experience of kali, the spiritual vision she had, had infused extraordinary energy and power within her. Swami Vivekananda had a vivacious personality, a great character... but in the devotion of mother kali, he used to become like a small child. devotion was also clear in the same way of calmness and power.

The prime minister also took the name of Swami Atmasthananda. He said, 'Similar power was always visible in the personality of Pujya Swami Atmasthananda. Maa kali used to be discussed in his talks too. Whenever I had to go to Belur Math. Sitting on the banks of the ganges and far away, the temple of Maa kali is visible. So attachment became natural.
