of the G20 summit, metro services will start from 4 am on all lines of the delhi Metro network from terminal

stations on september 8-10. delhi Metro rail Corporation (DMRC) said late night that, except the Supreme

Court metro station, all metro stations will be open to the general public from september 8 to 10.

At the same time, due to security reasons, passengers will not be allowed to board or deboard at the Supreme

Court Metro station on 9 and 10 September. supreme court Metro Station is the nearest metro station near the

venue of the Grand Summit at Pragati Maidan. DMRC said that, on the instructions of security agencies, entry


or exit at some stations in New delhi district may be stopped for some time on september 9 and 10 to facilitate

the movement of delegations of VIPs (VVIPs).

Parking facility will remain closed from 8-11 September

DMRC has further said that parking facilities at supreme court, patel Chowk and rk Ashram Marg metro

stations will remain closed from 4 am on september 8 till noon on september 11. For the upcoming G20

summit, steps have been taken to start metro services early to facilitate the movement of general public, police

personnel and staff of other support agencies deployed to maintain security, law and order and traffic order. The

G-20 program is going to be held at Bharat Mandapam, the newly constructed international Convention and

Exhibition Center at Pragati Maidan from 9-10 September.
