On Saturday, the B7 and B8 buildings of the Raheja Mindspace complex in the city met their demise as a quick demolition operation took place. The work was carried out by the teams from Edifice Engineering and Jet Demolition, and it marked the start of a new phase for the Mindspace development project. The demolition of these dilapidated houses paves the way for the construction of large constructions that will completely change the neighbourhood. This project's expected completion date comes within the fiscal year 2026–2027.
The first building, which has a massive 1.3 million square foot footprint, is anticipated to substantially alter the landscape. The second location, which was also demolished today, will soon be home to a massive building with a floor area of 1.6 million square feet. On Saturday, two multi-story buildings in Hyderabad's premier IT park were dismantled.

In Madhapur's Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Buildings 7 and 8 were removed to make way for brand-new structures. Early in the morning, G+4 buildings were demolished using the most recent technologies. The controlled demolitions were carried out by Edifice and Jet Demolition. On social media, videos of controlled demolitions were extensively shared. A massive dust storm was caused by the demolitions.
