The second day of the Ganesh idol immersion is still in progress. The procession continued on friday after beginning on thursday morning. The traffic in Tankbund's surrounding neighbourhoods and in various other locations was impacted, particularly that of students and workers. The bandobust police attempted to reduce the traffic, but the spillage persisted.
Traffic is congested at Mozamjahe Market, Nampally, Abids, Narayanguda, Basheerbagh, Khairatabad, and Liberty. The traffic advisory is avoid the immersion procession routes. To allow vehicles carrying Ganesh idols for immersion to pass easily, the city police blocked up the highways from Falaknuma Engine Bowli to Nayapul at all intersections. The people of the Old City had a lot of difficulties getting to and from work as a result.

People in particular had difficulty getting around since roads at crossroads including Shahalibanda, engineer Bowli, Nayapul, Aliabad, Panch Mohallah, and gulzar Houz were closed for the whole day. At the Shahalibanda Volga Junction, people clashed with the traffic cops about being allowed to cross the street. Speaking to india Herald, they also expressed their displeasure with the traffic police's suggestion of a 10 kilometre diversion.

"How is it possible for a man planning to travel from Khilwat, a distance of just 1 km, to Moghalpura, a distance of 10 miles? Is the idea logical in any way? questioned Khilwat resident Mohd Shauqath.Hospital access in Shahalibanda was another difficult issue for people.

Falaknuma resident Mohsin ali claimed that in order to deliver lunch to a cousin who was being treated at the hospital, he had to park his car on Khilwat Road and walk approximately two kilometres. On the day of the Ganesh procession, the traffic police issued announcements and put in place road traffic restrictions and detours. One day prior to the parade, barricades were erected, and they remained in place well into the night.

It should be mentioned that many were unable to cross the 80 to 100-foot road owing to barricades. Citing orders from higher-ups, the traffic police were unwilling to allow people to cross the 100-foot road that was double-barricaded with iron rods and barbed wire. people demanded that the traffic police keep at least one junction open for the traffic to avoid inconvenience to locals.
