If the congress is elected to power, telangana will once again see frequent power outages, quick changes in Chief Ministers, and several scams, according to minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development KT Rama Rao. Speaking to a crowd on sunday after opening a number of development projects in the Kyathanpalli municipality, the minister referred to the six guarantees made by the congress and asserted that three threats, including interruptions in power supply, frequent changes in the chief minister, and scams, would undoubtedly become commonplace if the congress came to power. He urged the populace to reconsider the guarantees and avoid falling for such deceptive claims.

The public was asked by congress to give it a chance to run the State, but after receiving that request 11 times, the congress remained powerless for 60 years. The Bhongir mp Komatireddy Venkat reddy should monitor the uninterrupted power supply at Chennur assembly segment, he advised.

As for the privatization of coal blocks controlled by the singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), Rama Rao also criticized prime minister Narendra Modi for it. He criticized Modi for not exempting coal workers from income tax as he had done for the indian Army. He desired that K Chandrashekhar Rao serve as Telangana's chief minister for a record-breaking third consecutive term.

The minister expressed his opinion about Modi as an obstinate prime minister who was less worried about the development and more concerned with the expansion of certain corporate forces in response to Mandamarri's de-notification from the Agency region. He challenged the populace to choose between growth and ruin.

He praised government whip balka suman for working hard to grow the Chennur assembly constituency, noting that it was up against the Gajwel, Siddipet, and sircilla sectors. Locals, young people, and farmers will profit from the construction of an oil palm plant in Mandamarri, which will cost Rs 500 crore, he added.
