The data of caste based survey in bihar has again brought Muslims to the center of debate. According to the
caste survey, there are about 17.70 i.e. about 18 percent Muslims in Bihar. This is more than all the castes of
Hindus. Among Hindus, Yadavs have the highest population at 14 percent.
From political circles to social media, the same question is being asked whether Muslims will also get a share in
bihar according to the population or will this share be only for Hindu castes? The hashtag of Muslim Chief
minister is becoming increasingly viral on social media. acharya Pramod Krishnam, congress leader and close
to priyanka Gandhi, has also mentioned the Muslim Chief Minister. Pramod Krishnam wrote- bihar has more
population of Dalits and Muslims. In such a situation, nitish kumar should leave the chair. How can a 3 percent
Kurmi remain the chief minister when there are 18 percent Muslims and 20 percent Dalits? Pramod Krishnam
further wrote - If nitish kumar wants to make the slogan of 'The greater the number, the greater the share,' then
he should resign from the post of CM. However, nothing has been said by the government and its ministers on
such statements.
