The battle for assembly elections is ready in Rajasthan. In such a situation, all political parties are active. At the

same time, before the elections, we are telling about the selected assembly seats of the state. If we talk about

Bharatpur, there are seven assembly seats in this district. Bharatpur district is a Jat dominated area. Nadbai

assembly seat of Bharatpur has always reached the assembly as an mla from the Jat community. Joginder

Singh Awana became mla from Nadbai in the 2018 elections on Bahujan Samaj party ticket, who later merged

with Congress. From Deeg-Kumher assembly seat, only members of the royal family always become MLAs.

Dr. Digambar Singh Singh had won the election in the year 2008.

The Vaishya caste has been dominating the Bharatpur city assembly seat for 20 years. 20 years ago, the Brahmin

community was dominating the Bharatpur city assembly seat. There are approximately 2 lakh 70 thousand voters

in Bharatpur assembly constituency. Bharatpur city assembly constituency has the highest number of Jat voters.

Despite there being about 85 thousand Jat voters in Bharatpur city assembly constituency, both the parties, be it

Congress or bjp, do not make a person from the Jat community their candidate. Before the year 2003, the MLA

from the Brahmin community has been continuously on the Bharatpur city assembly seat, but since the year

2003, for the last 20 consecutive years, the mla from the Vaishya community has won and reached the

assembly.

Potential candidates started campaigning

On the other hand, potential candidates of bharatiya janata party have started election campaign for Bharatpur

assembly seat. Many candidates of Vaishya community are involved in the election race of 2023 and are

campaigning day and night. Former Vaishya mla Vijay Bansal, Girdhari Gupta, yash Aggarwal, Brajesh

Aggarwal, Devendra Chamad, sunil Goyal and many other Vaishya community people are claiming tickets from

BJP.
