bjp leader Sushil Kumar Modi, who has given strong statements against JDU and RJD, has made a big claim.
Former deputy chief minister of bihar and rajya sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi, while issuing a statement on
Tuesday (31 October), has predicted a year in advance that Nitish Kumar's party JDU will not be able to
celebrate its next foundation day.
Sushil Modi said- JDU's strength is continuously decreasing.
Sushil Kumar Modi said that JDU has celebrated its 20th and last foundation day on 30 October. The party will
end before celebrating the next foundation day. He said that the strength of JDU has continuously decreased in
the last 13 years. In 2010, the party had 115 MLAs. Their seats decreased to 75 in 2015 and came down to 44 in
2020.
In his statement issued, the bjp leader also said that if prime minister Modi had not asked for votes for JDU, he
would not have got so many seats. He said that by befriending the forces which JDU had considered enemies of
itself and the development of bihar at the time of its establishment, the party shot itself in the foot.
Sushil Modi further said that after joining hands with Lalu prasad and declaring Tejashwi Yadav as his political
heir, there was no justification for JDU's separate existence. The party's MPs and MLAs are looking at their
future as bleak. Merger of JDU with RJD would be a natural outcome.
Leave aside the PM, even the chief minister will not be able to remain
Attacking bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar, he said that the cm and his party have no support base left. Luv-
Kush and extremely backward votes have come towards BJP. The opposition alliance is not accepting Nitish
Kumar as a leader. Forget about him becoming the PM, he will not even be able to remain the Chief Minister.
No person can draw a broad line by compromising on corruption, crime, appeasement and betraying the
mandate.
