the postal ballot scandal of Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. He said that in this case mere suspension of the nodal
officer is not enough. At the same time, legal expert and congress rajya sabha member vivek Tankha has also
expected strict action from the election Commission.

Congress is not satisfied even after taking action against the officer in-charge of postal ballot and Tehsildar
Himmat Singh. After State congress Committee President Kamal Nath, now former chief minister and Rajya
Sabha member Digvijay Singh has put the election commission in the dock in this matter. He wrote on social
media platform Therefore, both the officers should be immediately suspended and transferred elsewhere. Just
suspending the nodal officer is not enough.
