In Rajasthan, on Tuesday, National President of Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, was shot
dead after entering his house. After the murder, the Rajput community expressed anger and demonstrated across
Rajasthan. There were violent demonstrations and stone pelting in udaipur also. Now a big input has come to light
regarding this murder. There is a connection to udaipur in this case. Based on the footage, the names of two
shooters have emerged. udaipur police had already arrested one of them.
What is udaipur connection?
Live CCTV footage surfaced after the murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. In this, a young man is seen firing
indiscriminately. One of the youths was arrested by the district Special Team of udaipur only a month ago. It is
also being told that as soon as the CCTV came to light, the members of the special team of udaipur identified him
and sent the information about udaipur to jaipur through SP bhuvan Bhushan Yadav. Five youths including
accused Rohit Singh were arrested in Udaipur.
What action was taken?
Actually, in this case, the Badgaon police station team of udaipur city had registered a case under Arms Act. In
which Rohit Shrimali was arrested. Further investigation in the case was given to Dhanmondi police station officer
of the city itself, Subodh Jangid. Based on the information of Rohit Shrimali, the police arrested Yashpal Singh
Rathod along with his two other associates Manoj Salvi and Kailash Prajapat from NH 76 Sukher. The police had
seized a pistol, three cartridges and a knife from him.
