Rampur court may give its verdict on wednesday in the ongoing Dungarpur Basti case against Samajwadi party general secretary and former minister Azam Khan. The hearing in this case has been completed in the court. 7 people including Azam Khan are accused in Dungarpur Basti case. In the year 2019, 12 cases were registered against Azam Khan for eviction of the colony.

Rampur court can give its verdict on wednesday in the ongoing Dungarpur Basti case against SP General Secretary and former minister Azam Khan. The hearing in the case of assault, robbery and criminal conspiracy against Azam Khan in Dungarpur colony of Rampur has been completed. The court has summoned former SP leader Azam Khan and former Municipal President Azhar ahmed khan on january 31.

The court can give its verdict today

There is a possibility that the court may give its decision in this matter on wednesday i.e. 31 January. In this case, the Sessions court, while rejecting the stay application of the SP leader's advocate, had ordered that he can present his side till january 30. In the year 2019, 12 cases were registered for eviction of Dungarpur colony of Ganj police station area. Among them, former SP municipal president Azhar ahmed khan, contractor Barkat Ali, retired CO Ale Hasan, Firoz Khan, Ranu Khan, dharmendra Chauhan, Fasahat ali Khan Sanu and Azam Khan are accused.

Assistant government advocate Kumar Saurabh said that the defense debate was to be held on last wednesday, in which the advocate of SP leader Azam Khan gave an adjournment application, rejecting which the court ordered to present the side on january 30. Now today i.e. on january 31, the court can give its verdict in this matter. The court has personally summoned SP leader Azam Khan, lodged in Sitapur jail, and former municipal president Azhar ahmed khan, lodged in Bijnor jail.
