The chief minister said that in order to guarantee the congress victory in at least 14 of the 17 lok sabha seats in Telangana, the party will shortly establish three-tier coordination committees at the assembly constituency, mandal, and booth levels. He requested the formation of these coordination committees by party leaders and cadre, whose duty it is to mobilise public support for the congress and turn it into votes.
 
Revanth Reddy requested that leaders designate five individuals, drawn from the local leadership pool, to serve on these three committees at three different levels. The committee members who perform better will be rewarded with nominations to positions within the organisation, such as division, ward, and village level positions in villages, municipalities, and municipal corporations' Indiramma committees, which oversee the execution of all government development and welfare initiatives. "Party and government will be connected through Indiramma committees," he said.
 
The chief minister instructed kodangal constituency leaders to immediately form these coordination groups, which would be duplicated throughout the state. The kodangal constituency has five ancient mandals. In every mandal, these three-level coordination committees must guarantee a minimum of 10,000 majority. This will give congress a total of 50,000 votes in the mahabubnagar lok sabha election, giving them a majority. I have set this goal for each and every one of you.
