Mayawati's party BSP on friday (29 March) announced the names of candidates for 6 more seats for the lok sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh. Bahujan Samaj party (BSP) has given ticket to bhanu Pratap Singh from Bhopal. BSP has expressed confidence in Rajendra Suryavanshi from Rajgarh. Here congress has fielded veteran leader Digvijay Singh and bjp has fielded Rodmal Nagar. Similarly, tickets have been given to ram Govind Barua from Hoshangabad, Dalluram Ahirwar from Tikamgarh, abhishek Patel from Rewa, Ramchandra Solanki from Ratlam and Shobharam Dabar from Khargone (ST reserved) seat.

Who are the candidates in the other seven seats?

Earlier, BSP had announced the names of candidates for 7 seats in its first list. Former independent mp Kankar Munjare from Balaghat, Rakesh Chaudhary from Jabalpur, Dhaniram Kol from Shahdol, Inder Singh Uike from Mandla, Narayan Tripathi from Satna, Poojan ram Saket from Sidhi and Kamlesh patel from Khajuraho were made candidates. According to party state president Ramakant Pippal, BSP will field its candidates on all 29 seats in the state. He said that the names of the candidates for the remaining seats will also be announced in the next one or two days.

When are the lok sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh?

Voting will be held in four phases on all 29 lok sabha seats of Madhya Pradesh. In the first phase on april 19, elections will be held in Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Shahdol, Mandla, and Balaghat. The second phase of voting is on 26 April. In the second phase, voting will be held on april 26 in the Damoh, Tikamgarh, Khajuraho, Satna, Rewa, Hoshangabad, and Betul seats of the state. The third phase of elections will be held on 7th May while the fourth phase of elections will be held on 13th May. The election results for all the lok sabha seats in the country will be declared on june 4. The fate of the candidates will be decided on this day.
