Delhi's rekha government increased the minimum wage!

The delhi government has good news for lakhs of workers working in the capital. rekha Gupta government has announced to increase the minimum wage. According to the new rates, those who get the work done by the workers who do very simple work, that is, those who do not have any special skill, will now have to pay them at least 18,456 every month.

On the other hand, those who know a little work, like electrician, mechanic or painter's work, will have to pay Rs 20,371 every month. Apart from this, those who are fully skilled, like machine operator, technician or experienced artisan, will have to pay at least Rs 22,411 every month in lieu of work.

Who will have to pay how much minimum wage?

The rekha Gupta government has also fixed the minimum wage on the basis of education. According to this, those who are not 10th pass, will have to pay at least Rs 20,371 in lieu of work. Those who have passed 10th but are not graduates will have to pay at least Rs 22,411. Apart from this, those who are graduates and are engaged in office or technical work will have to pay at least Rs 24,356 per month. If a person is being paid less than the fixed rate, then he can complain to the labor officer of his area.

These people will get direct benefit

The delhi government has said that if anyone is paid less than the fixed rates, strict action will be taken and the worker will be given his full rights. This decision will directly benefit daily wage laborers, factory workers, office assistants and other workers. According to the delhi government, this increase in the income of laborers was necessary in view of inflation, so that they can get relief in living.
