An important meeting was organized in delhi State bjp office on monday (21 April), in which Waqf Reform Janjagran Abhiyan was started. This meeting lasted for about two and a half hours. It was decided in the meeting that Waqf Reform Janjagran Abhiyan will be run at the divisional level in delhi from 20 april to 5 May.

Under this campaign, a special workshop will be organized in every division, in which a spokesperson from the state level will participate and give information to the people about the Waqf Amendment Bill. The objective of this campaign is to convey the true facts related to Waqf and the efforts of the government to every section of the society, especially Muslim-dominated areas and families.

bjp Minority Morcha National President Jamal Siddiqui, State General Secretary vishnu Mittal, Program Coordinator Atif Rashid, delhi State Incharge Qari Mohammad Haroon, State President Anish Abbasi and all the district Presidents and Mandal Incharges were present in the meeting. Addressing this important meeting, Jamal Siddiqui said, "The bjp government at the center is not working to end the Waqf Board, but to strengthen it. Through this amendment bill, work will be done to remove illegal encroachments on Waqf properties across the country and to deliver them to the right beneficiaries."

'The law is in the interest of backward Muslims'

He also said, "This step of the government is in the interest of poor, backward and needy Muslims. When Allah wants the welfare of the society, he sends a noble person. Our prime minister Narendra Modi is that noble person who is working for the betterment of the Muslims of the country."

'Waqf Board had become a den of corruption'

On this occasion, State General Secretary vishnu Mittal said, "Waqf Board had become a den of corruption till now. But now due to the foresight of the central government, this amendment bill has been brought, which will stop illegal encroachments and the right use of Waqf properties will be possible."
