It has been decided to open some of the tourist places that were closed after the terrorist attack in pahalgam in kashmir Valley on 22 April. Tourists visiting kashmir will be able to visit these tourist places from june 17.

Parks in Betaab Valley and pahalgam Market, Verinag Garden, Kokernag Garden and Achhabal Garden will be reopened from june 17".

Earlier, while talking to the media, Manoj Sinha said that some tourist places were closed after 22 april due to security reasons. He said that Divisional Commissioner Jammu and IG kashmir will take reports from all the districts and some tourist places will be opened in a phased manner. He said that the places which have been identified and decided to be opened today will be opened for general tourists. Among the places opened, some tourist places in Kathua, Reasi and Doda districts of Jammu will be opened.

Manoj Sinha said that after this a committee will decide on opening the remaining places. In the next phase, some more tourist places will be opened after talking to the district administration and tourism department. lg said that after Vande Bharat between Katra and kashmir, there is a new enthusiasm among the people. Gradually the number of tourists is increasing. Agriculture minister also wants to hold a meeting in kashmir, while a parliamentary delegation is also coming to Srinagar. This will create an atmosphere of trust.
