Maharashtra Samajwadi party President and mla Abu Azmi has made a big announcement. He has announced a very big public meeting in protest against the Waqf law. This event will be held on june 20 at Kaiser Bagh in Dongri, Mumbai. This meeting will be led by the All india Muslim Personal Law Board.

Azmi has shared a video on 'X' to announce this. Through this video, he has appealed to the Muslim community and all citizens who believe in the Constitution. He has said that they must join this protest meeting.

I request you to come in as large a number as possible- Azmi

In the video message, Abu Azmi said, "I want to tell all the people who believe in the constitution of this country, irrespective of their religion, that a very big public meeting is being organised at Kaisar Bagh in Dongri on 20th June. This meeting is being organised under the leadership of All india Muslim Personal Law Board in protest against the new Waqf law."

He said, "The constitution of this country is being ripped apart. I want to tell all of you who believe in the law of this country that I request everyone to come in as large a number as possible. Big Ulema-e-Kiram will come to Kaisar Bagh." I will be present there myself - Azmi

Azmi said, "Come in thousands and tell them that we are against the new Waqf law and will work under the leadership of the Muslim Personal Law Board. Whatever the Muslim Personal Law Board says, you will follow it with full force. You will make whatever efforts are required to abolish this law." Abu Azmi finally said, "I am not only hopeful but confident that you will definitely come, Insha Allah, I am also definitely coming. I will be present there myself and together we will make this event a success."
