With the CES going on at Nevada’s las Vegas convention centre, the day was dominated mostly by voice assistants and newer television models. LG showcased its w8 and b8 series with Google assistant and Alpha 9 processor, and a 65 inch 4K OLED display. Samsung also came up with its QLED technology on display.
Samsung also displayed a 146 inch TV called The Wall, with
cinema screen technology and Q9S , an 85 Inch 8K TV with artificial
intelligence. Sony displayed its X900F TV models from 49 to 85 inches, and with
stunning features of Dolby vision and Google assistant. Acoustic surface
speaker feature was introduced in A8F OLED series, and Hisense projected budget
TVs.
TCL came up with 2018 6 series with Roku smart system,
and local dimming. Nvidia displayed its 65 Inch BFGDs for gamers, and voice
assistants like Samsung Bixby, Google voice assistant TV, were highlights.
Besides Intel had said in its keynote to come up with improved technology next
year, while HTC came up with Vivepro as its highlight.
