These days it is very easy to comment, like, suggest and even ‘hate’ for that case on the social networking websites. Social networking sites like Facebook are a big hit among youths the world over and the political parties in India are using the cheapest medium to prevail the messages. With the Lok Sabha elections in the near future, the leaders have their 'likes' pages to score over their political rivals whose 'technocrats' miss no opportunity of inviting friends to 'hate' their foes. Narendra Modi (NaMo), the BJP prime ministerial candidate, tops the list who has the maximum 'haters' on Facebook against over 13,000 likes on its pages which are mostly named 'I/We hate Narendra Modi'. 'We hate Narendra Modi' page says, "Hang Narendra Modi and his associates (the Gujarat govt ministers) who were part of the Gujarat 2002 communal killings; the inhuman (animal) who led the killing of innocent Muslims, not even showing mercy towards pregnant women and children in Gujarat." It has also named him as 'terrorist of India', 'face of Hindutva terrorism', 'a shame on humanity' and so on. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal (AK) is the next after NaMo in getting haters on Facebook. There are at least six hate pages on Facebook with likes touching 5,000. Most of them are named 'I/We hate Arvind Kejriwal'. One of the hate group, named 'I hate Arvind Kejriwal' has given a message to the viewers that he wanted to created awareness about the innocent people who have voted for Kejriwal who is a big cheat. The list of Rahul Gandhi's (RaGa) haters list is also too long but shorter than the above. RaGa has around five hate pages. One such Facebook page is named as 'We hate Raul Vinci (Rahul Gandhi)'. This page has explained him as, 'Politician Rahul Vinci (Rahul Gandhi) using Gandhi goodwill in Indian politics. We can only accept congress without 'thag' Gandhi family.' AICC president Sonia Gandhi is also popular on Facebook with like of over 2,000 on around six Facebook pages and groups named 'We hate Sonia Gandhi' or 'I hate Sonia Gandhi'. A comment on one of these pages has addressed her as, 'Sonia Gandhi play one simple game! Divide & rule.' Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, too, has around four hate pages with likes exceeding 1,000.
