India lost in Gymnastics as Pranati nayak failed to win a medal for india and now various reasons are thrown at her for this loss and finally, it is revealed that she changed her coach at the last moment and that is the main reason behind this loss. Pranathi who participated in Floor, Balance beam, Uneven bears, Vault sections of Gymnastics scored 42,565 points and failed to qualify and she secured only 12th place.


It should be noted that she is the only Gymnastics player to represent india at the tokyo olympics 2020 and as she lost it has been a huge issue. Now, several reasons are thrown at Pranati nayak for losing in the olympics and among them, the common reason everyone pinpoints is changing her coach Minari Begam who has been her coach for nearly 2 decades. 


Minari has been Pranati's coach since she was 8 years old, but the Olympic committee never sent Minari to tokyo olympics and instead, they sent another new coach who is just 27 years old and this 27-year-old has to train the 26-year-old Pranati Nayak. However, the exact reasons behind changing the coach are not yet known clearly so far but is said that the decision was unanimously taken by the Olympic committee members.
