The 42-year-old Sthalekar's name was approved at the FICA Executive Committee meeting held in Neon, Switzerland. Sthalekar has also been the former captain of Australia.

Sthalekar has scored 2728 runs in 125 ODIs with the help of two centuries and 16 half-centuries. Apart from this, he has also taken 146 wickets. She was the first female cricketer to score 1000 runs and take 100 wickets in ODI cricket.


Apart from this, Sthalekar has also played eight Tests and 54 t20 Internationals. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame by australia in 2021.
