Right now, Indian Women's Cricket Team is making headlines for all right reasons. As Indian Men's team is failing on a repeated note, all eyes fall on Indian Women's team. As Women's team is on a winning streak, fans are also loving them.

And more than the winning streak, the main reason behind the interest is the 20-Year-Old cricketer Smriti Mandhana. She is our team's new left-handed opening batsman and she scored 90 runs off 72 balls against England and then scored an unbeaten 106 against West Indies. So below are some unknown factors about the beauty,

• Smriti was trained by Anant Tambvekar. The coach said after scoring the century she called from London and asked the coach whether she made any technical mistake!

• She made a double century with a bat given by Indian Cricketer Rahul Dravid. She was only 17 years old then.

• She started playing cricket as her brother encouraged her a lot. Now, her brother works at the ICICI bank

• Mandhana made her ODI debut in 2013 against Bangladesh and Test debut in 2013 against England

• Even though she was born in Mumbai, she moved to Sangli when she was a young girl

• She was compared to Virender Sehwag and Sehwag encouraged her by saying that she is the first version of Smriti.
